I am certified doula, certified life coach, sound healer, reiki practitioner, placenta encapsulation specialist, student midwife, & registered nurse. My nursing career led me on the path to holistic heath, herbalism, life coaching, & I've always had an affinity for maternal health.

I am passionate about guiding women to not only birth souls into this world, but also new versions of themselves. I believe that birth is a sacred and divine experience as women are literally between two realms. Women deserve support, care, advocacy, & a safe space during this time.
